David Letterman: John McCain is Starting to “Smell”

David Letterman blasts absent guest John McCain. This will be big news soon enough.

The New York Times writes:

David Letterman was so unhappy that Mr. McCain canceled his scheduled appearance on his show Wednesday night that he spent much of the first segment assailing the senator’s decision and suggesting “something doesn’t smell right” about the Senator’s plan to go to Washington to work on the financial crisis.

McCain Calls for “Growth of the Government.” What?

Just minutes ago, John McCain stumbled his words again in his first Press Conference in six weeks from Michigan.

He meant to say that America needs Growth in the Economy and slowly he corrected the gaffe. Also, he made some other confusing comments about the current “Bailout Plan” in Congress.

McCain on Carly Fiorina: “I’m proud of her record.”
